Creative Victoria invests in the ideas, talent, organisations, events and projects that make Victoria a creative state. Creative Victoria’s role is to ensure the project is delivered within government policy objectives and commitments.
Development Victoria is the Victorian Government’s in-house project delivery agency (previously Major Projects Victoria). Development Victoria is responsible for project management and delivery and funding expenditure.

Built construction group are the head contractor for the $88.1 million Vision 2020 redevelopment. Built has a strong history of delivering projects in constrained central business district locations, having previously worked on projects such as Canberra’s Australian War Memorial, Sydney’s State Theatre and the Melbourne GPO Building.
